Hello, I am the chef/proprietor of Gluten Free Delices Ltd. I have been living in London for more than 10 years now. While living in France I grew up among a family of chefs, pastry makers and this is probably one of the reason why I have been wanting to turn my hobby baking cakes into my current business.
